Coming to Kevin’s rescue more than once, and in more ways than one is “MacDreamy Hotness”—firefighter Angus MacTavish. Not only is Angus smitten, at first sight, he learns Kevin’s nickname for him, intriguing him further.

Kevin stops a arsonist’s attempt to burn down a club his friends own. But now he is in the arsonist’s and it seems like the hot firefight Angus might be the only man who can help him.

Loved how protective Angus was of Kevin and how these two men had a instant attraction to each other from the moment they meet.

You get your steam in this book which was so hot and you get your action too while Angus try’s to stop this arsonist from making Kevin his next victim. I was on the edge of my seat from the moment I started this book until the end.

I really loved the way this author wrote this story and these characters! Kevin with his strong character who also was so caring when it came to Angus and his friends but also scared to about what the arsonist had planned for him next. Then there was the way Angus was so protective over Kevin and caring . So I will leave this review with I really loved this book and would definitely recommend it!

I never cease to be amazed by the fetishised reverence Americans seem have for Scottish men. While a single night out in Glasgow would clearly resolve the problem, I think this obsession is actually very sweet – and pretty hot.

In this story, Angus embodies the perfect American-Scottish dream man. An enormous ginger with shapely calves under a kilt, Angus is a powerful, selfless firefighter. And he’s hot. Very, very hot. Angus meets pretty computer-geek-twink Kevin when he picks up his own firehose to save his friends’ nightclub. The chemistry is brilliant between the two leads and I couldn’t help but love them both.

As Kevin finds himself stalked by a mad pyromaniac, the story becomes more of suspense than a romance. Angus manages to care for an injured Kevin whose friends approve of the sexy Scotsman before Kevin does.

I know this is part of a series, but I haven’t read any of the previous books. This one works as a stand-alone, but there are multiple references to characters I am still unfamiliar with. The author gives quick summaries but still left me wanting to read the first books and catch up. This is a stand-alone story that probably works better if you’ve read the full series.

The suspense story is great. The fires escalate as the book progresses. While slightly unbelievable, I was fully engrossed from start to end. Kevin’s good samaritan heroics make him an unlikely hero while Angus’ gruff, emotionally stunted facade slowly wears away over the course of the story. This is an unlikely but perfectly matched couple in an exciting story. The men are hot, the sex is steamy and the supporting cast is fabulous.

I really enjoyed this story.  While I would have liked more steam, this book offered mystery, romance, friendship and a great group of characters.
Kevin and Angus make a great couple.  I really enjoyed the dance and beginning to their relationship.  I also really liked that the characters were somewhat wary of their relationship but willing to push through to find their true happiness.
It really is geeky guy meets hunky firefighter – I do wish that we were able to know more about Kevin’s background – his “geekiness” side more, as I would have enjoyed knowing more about his background and “bad” relationships.  I also would have loved to see more down the line in their relationship.  The past hurts that Angus carries around with him help to show the reader why he is the way he is, does the things he does and loves the way he loves.
This book offered a great mystery, but figuring out the why and who done it part was not as much fun, I needed more closure when it came to that aspect of the story, but overall, this was a great story.
I am a huge Andrew Grey fan but somehow I missed the first three books.  But this read fine all on its own.  I loved how all the characters were so close to each other.
This book had a excellent mystery to it and the outcome will surprise you.Angus and Kevin meet under poor circumstances but built a good relationship from that.  Angus the hot firefighter has a problem being in a relationship, but that’s what Kevin wants.  Love how they get to know each other.
