What’s better than a pair? Three of a Kind of course!
Zane is about to give up by the time his truck breaks down in Arizona. All he has in the world is the truck, less than fifty bucks and more bruises than any one young man should have to bear. That’s when he meets buff giant Butch who takes Zane in, helping him get his life back together.
Problem is, Butch already has a lover, an artist named Randy. Or at least Zane thinks it’s a problem. Turns out, it’s not the kind of trouble Zane thinks it is when Butch and Randy both take a romantic interest in him.
Can Zane let go of his troubled past and let Butch and Randy teach him that love doesn’t have to hurt?
Publisher’s Note: This book has been released elsewhere. It has been revised and re-edited for re-release with Pride Publishing.
I just finished readin three of a kind and it is a story that breaks your heart but also makes you glad for hope and second chances. It is about three men that come together and find love between the three of them even though it was unexpected. Butch and Randy are already in a relationship and they are happy and do not feel as if they are lacking anything in their relationship then Zane comes along broken, beaten, and very few possessions to his name and walks into their lives and fits it perfectly. It was as if Zane has always been a part of their lives and he brings in more joy then they realized.
This is a book about an individual who was drugged, raped, beaten, then left with hardly any belongings. Instead of letting these things break him he starts to slowly rebuild his life with the help of Zane and Butch.
I think that Zane is just extremely sweet, caring, funny, and a heart of gold type of person and that is one of the things that Zane needs in his life. Then there is Butch and he is strong, caring, and capable of handling the bad and the good type of individual. These two out together was exactly what Zane needed which was broken, hurt, scared, and lonely. They gave him a place to call home….. With them being his home.
Another great book by Sean Michael.
Often referred to as “Space Cowboy” and “Gangsta of Love” while still striving for the moniker of “Maurice,” Sean Michael spends his days surfing, smutting, organizing his immense gourd collection and fantasizing about one day retiring on a small secluded island peopled entirely by horseshoe crabs. While collecting vast amounts of vintage gay pulp novels and mood rings, Sean whiles away the hours between dropping the f-bomb and persuing the kama sutra by channeling the long lost spirit of John Wayne and singing along with the soundtrack to “Chicago.”
A long-time writer of complicated haiku, currently Sean is attempting to learn the advanced arts of plate spinning and soap carving sex toys.
Barring any of that? He’ll stick with writing his stories, thanks, and rubbing pretty bodies together to see if they spark.
