Title: Quiet Nights (Mangrove Stories #2)
Author Name & Publisher: Mary Calmes (Dreamspinner Press)
Publication Date & Length: February 9, 2015 – 80 pgs

It’s a lovely little life Kelly Seaton leads. He’s got his own landscaping business, a nice little house, and his best friend, Cosimo Renaldi, and Coz’s goofball family who have adopted Kelly as their own. Sure, it’s a little lonely at night, but it’s a sweet deal, and Kelly can’t chance ruining it by letting on that he wants more—has always wanted more—with Coz.

Then Kelly’s past comes to town, bringing bad memories and hurt feelings that start to break Kelly down, and Coz just doesn’t understand why Kelly won’t let him be the support and strength that Kelly’s always been for him. They’ve already been through war, Coz’s devastating injury, and starting new careers in Mangrove, Florida. Why shouldn’t they face their chaotic pasts and build their future of quiet nights… together?

**Audiobook Review**
This was quite a bit different from the first story in the Mangrove Stories series, but I liked it.
I hadn’t read the synopsis in a while so I was intrigued on where the story was going and whether Kelly was going to end up with his sexy friend Cos or with the man who’d broken his heart ten years prior, but recently shown up in his life again.
I adored Cos and the way Kelly and him came together… FINALLY. He was such a good guy and even though he hadn’t seen what was there, he didn’t hesitate to express how he felt about Kelly and the fact that he’d saved his life.
I ABSOLUTELY loved the story his mother told and the children’s reactions. Hilarious.
Greg did a fantastic job narrating the book. I will say at points in the beginning I felt like the two men sounded a little alike, but as the story progressed they became different enough I could tell who it was speaking before the story told us.
I’d highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a sweet little romance story.
