A really refreshing new and innovative novella.
The author describes her two main characters to perfection, painting a really clear picture of both women. It’s an almost idyllic tale of two women falling in love with the added bonus of intrigue and mystery surrounding them.
I enjoyed this short tale immensely, it was easy to read yet kept you entertained from beginning to end.
A polished writer, I look forward to reading more of her work.

ThreeStarThis is an interesting, quick read. I like the concept, and the characters. The story was engaging and easy to read. However, it feels like the author needs a bit more work on her writing skills. The story needs to be a bit more fleshed out, the characters a bit more depth. I don’t remember any mention of where it takes place. I want to say in the States, but the words used reflect more of an English feel, so I’m not sure exactly where it is. Some of the word selections make me feel that the author speaks English as a second language, and that can make it more difficult to pick up on small linguistic tells that typify a specific region.

This story makes me feel that the author may need to work on her craft a bit more. I liked the story for what it was, and will keep my eye on this author in the future.

FourStarsThis short was fun and exciting. I liked the characters and the personality they showed. The plot, while quick paced worked well and kept me reading. I do wish it had been longer since I would love to read more about these two and the strange, twisting world they found themselves in. Decently written it flowed well and had several places where I couldn’t help but laugh. Well done and more of this story please!

For as long as she can remember, Alessandra Ebulu has always had her nose buried in a book. The characters appeal to her, and it is not uncommon to find her talking to the various characters in her head—, both the ones she has read about and the ones she has created. When not reading or writing, Alessandra can be found watching movies, sitting in front of her laptop (watching animes, reading mangas, or surfing the Internet), or listening to all the genres of music that make her life complete.
